1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products, including nail polish, nail tools, and other personal care items.
Return Process:

Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during return shipping.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong product or a defective item).
Partial Refunds:
In certain cases, such as if the item shows signs of use or damage, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
Product Photos:
For damaged or incorrect items, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging as part of your return request.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
International Returns:
For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
